Individual therapy for what you've been carrying.
Maybe something acute brought you here. Maybe it's a quieter sense that things feel off. Either way, therapy is a place to slow down, look honestly at what's happening, and find your way back to yourself.
Book the first call
People who are tired of carrying it alone.
You don't need a diagnosis or a single, neat reason to be here. Many of the people I work with are navigating one or several of the following:
- Trauma and post-traumatic stress
- Chronic stress and burnout
- Anxiety and overwhelm
- Depression and low mood
- Life transitions and uncertainty
- Feelings of disconnection, from yourself or from others
- Difficulty trusting or feeling safe in relationships
- Grief, loss, and identity shifts
- Patterns you keep ending up in and want to understand
If something here sounds familiar, even loosely, that's reason enough to reach out. We can sort out the rest together.

Collaborative, paced, and rooted in trust.
Our work begins with conversation — not a checklist. I want to know what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and what's gotten in the way of feeling like yourself.
From there, we move at a pace that feels right for you. Trauma-informed therapy means we're paying attention to what your nervous system, your body, and your relationships are telling us. Nothing is rushed and nothing is forced.
Over time the patterns get clearer and the reactions soften. The harder things become more workable, and the parts of you that have felt distant or stuck start to come home.
Grounded in evidence, shaped by relationship.
Trauma-Informed
Pacing, safety, and choice guide every part of the work. Your story gets honored, not interrogated.
Relational
Healing happens in connection. Our relationship is part of the work itself: honest, collaborative, and real.
Systems-Aware
You don't live in a vacuum. Family, culture, identity, and history all shape what's happening, and what's possible.
Whole-Person
Mind, body, and relationships are inseparable. We work with all of you, not only your symptoms.
What a first session looks like.
The first session is mostly about getting to know each other. You'll share what's been bringing you in, ask any questions you have, and start to get a feel for whether the work feels like a fit.
There's no expectation that you arrive with the right words, or that you'll know exactly what's wrong. Most of us don't. We'll figure it out together.
From there we usually meet weekly. Some people are in therapy for a defined period; others stay through longer seasons of life. There's no single right way to do this, only what serves you.
Before you reach out.
Individual sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. I'm an out-of-network provider, so I don't bill insurance directly, but I provide a monthly superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available if cost is a barrier.
No. Plenty of people start because something feels off and they can't quite name it. You don't need a diagnosis, a crisis, or the right vocabulary to begin. We'll work out what's going on together.
Yes. I'm licensed in Colorado and see individual clients by secure telehealth anywhere in the state, including the Denver metro, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Boulder, and rural communities without easy access to a trauma-informed therapist.
It depends on what brought you in. Some people work with me for a focused stretch of a few months; others stay through longer seasons of life. We check in regularly about what's working, and you're never locked into a set number of sessions.
