Space to understand what you're carrying — and what it's been asking of you.

Whether you're navigating something acute or sitting with a quieter sense that things feel off, therapy is a place to slow down, look honestly at what's happening, and find your way back to yourself.

Who I Work With

People who are tired of carrying it alone.

You don't need a diagnosis or a single, neat reason to be here. Many of the people I work with are navigating one or several of the following:

  • Trauma and post-traumatic stress
  • Chronic stress and burnout
  • Anxiety and overwhelm
  • Life transitions and uncertainty
  • Feelings of disconnection — from yourself or others
  • Difficulty trusting or feeling safe in relationships
  • Grief, loss, and identity shifts
  • Patterns you keep ending up in and want to understand

If something here resonates — even loosely — that's reason enough to reach out. We can sort the rest out together.

What Therapy Looks Like

Collaborative, paced, and rooted in trust.

Our work begins with conversation — not a checklist. I want to know what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and what's gotten in the way of feeling like yourself.

From there, we move at a pace that feels right for you. Trauma-informed therapy means we're paying attention to what your nervous system, your body, and your relationships are telling us. Nothing is rushed and nothing is forced.

Over time, the patterns become clearer. The reactions soften. The harder things become more workable. And the parts of you that have felt distant or stuck can begin to come home.

My Clinical Approach

Grounded in evidence, shaped by relationship.

Trauma-Informed

Pacing, safety, and choice guide every part of the work. Your story is honored — not interrogated.

Relational

Healing happens in connection. Our relationship is itself part of the work — honest, collaborative, and real.

Systems-Aware

You don't live in a vacuum. Family, culture, identity, and history all shape what's happening — and what's possible.

Whole-Person

Mind, body, and relationships are inseparable. We work with all of you — not just your symptoms.

What to Expect

A first session, simply.

The first session is mostly about getting to know each other. You'll share what's been bringing you in, ask any questions you have, and start to get a feel for whether the work feels like a fit.

There's no expectation that you arrive with the right words, or that you'll know exactly what's wrong. Most of us don't. We'll figure it out together.

From there, we'll usually meet weekly. Some people are in therapy for a defined period; others stay for longer seasons of life. There's no single right way to do this — only what serves you.
