Helping the people who help — and the places they work.

Trauma-informed consultation, training, and staff support for schools, organizations, and teams who care deeply about their work and the people they serve.

Why This Work

The people doing the helping carry a lot.

Teachers, clinicians, frontline staff, social workers, leaders — the people who hold space for others are often running on fumes. Compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and burnout are not personal failings; they're predictable responses to under-resourced work in systems that haven't been designed to sustain humans.

I partner with organizations who want to do something about it — not with another wellness pamphlet, but with practical, trauma-informed approaches that actually change how a team functions and how people feel showing up to it.

Areas of Focus

What we can work on together.

Trauma-Informed Care

Foundational trainings and applied implementation support — translating principles into the way your team actually works with clients, students, and one another.

Burnout & Compassion Fatigue

Understanding what's happening to your team, why standard wellness fixes fall short, and what genuinely supports recovery and prevention.

Mental Health Education

Plain-language trainings on trauma, anxiety, nervous system regulation, and supporting people in distress — shaped to your context.

Organizational Wellness

Consultation on the policies, practices, and culture that shape whether people can do this work sustainably over time.

Communication & Conflict

Workshops and team consultation for groups looking to communicate more honestly and move through conflict without rupture.

Staff Support & Debriefs

Reflective consultation, post-incident debriefs, and ongoing support for teams navigating hard work and hard moments.

Who I Partner With

Schools, nonprofits, healthcare, helping professions.

I work with K–12 schools and educational programs, mental health and human services organizations, healthcare teams, nonprofit and community-based organizations, and groups of clinicians or helping professionals looking for consultation and support.

Engagements can be a single training, a multi-session series, ongoing consultation, or something built specifically for what your team needs. We'll figure out the shape together.

How It Works

A starting conversation.

Most engagements begin with a free 30-minute call so I can understand your context, your team, and what you're hoping to address. From there, I'll put together a proposal that fits — scope, format, and fee — and we can adjust from there.

Trainings can be delivered in person in the Denver area or virtually, depending on what's right for your organization.
