Consulting and training fees vary based on scope, format, and the needs of your organization. After a brief discovery call, I'll send a tailored proposal — clear pricing, no surprises.

I'm an out-of-network provider and don't bill insurance directly. This decision allows me to keep the therapy relationship between the two of us — without a third party shaping the diagnosis, frequency, or focus of our work.
If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I'm glad to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. To find out what your plan covers, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much have I met?
- What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
- Do I need pre-authorization for outpatient mental health services?
Sliding scale
A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available. If cost is a barrier, please reach out — I'll let you know what's currently available and we can talk through options.
Payment & cancellation
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through my practice management system.
I ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full session rate, with the exception of genuine emergencies.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You'll receive one before our work begins, and you can request an updated one any time. If you receive a bill at least $400 more than your estimate, you may dispute the bill.
